Graduate Building Surveyor

Manchester-based role: initial claim assessments, surveyor assistance, appointment organization. RICS degree and IT proficiency required. Salary: £25k-£30k DOE.

Reports to: Director Real Estate

Business Division: Real Estate 

Main Responsibilities 

  • Carrying out initial assessments of claims
  • Assisting Surveyors on Expert Witness inspections and producing reports in accordance with instructions received.
  • Liaising with administrative colleagues to organise appointments and preparation of inspection reports
  • Responding to information requests from instructing clients
  • Assisting with refurbishment/construction project management commissions
  • Assisting with marketing and new business development activities
  • Other Building Surveying tasks as required

Skills and Qualifications 

  • RICS accreditedBuilding Surveying degree
  • IT proficient
