Manchester-based role: initial claim assessments, surveyor assistance, appointment organization. RICS degree and IT proficiency required. Salary: £25k-£30k DOE.

Main Responsibilities
- Carrying out initial assessments of claims
- Assisting Surveyors on Expert Witness inspections and producing reports in accordance with instructions received.
- Liaising with administrative colleagues to organise appointments and preparation of inspection reports
- Responding to information requests from instructing clients
- Assisting with refurbishment/construction project management commissions
- Assisting with marketing and new business development activities
- Other Building Surveying tasks as required
Skills and Qualifications
- RICS accreditedBuilding Surveying degree
- IT proficient
